An amazing freediving adventure to explore the underwater world of Florida!
We’ll kick off our trip by diving in one of the best shark spot in the world at Jupiter reef in the caribbean side of Florida.
Then we will drive around the peninsula to freedive the Crystal river and some of the most beautiful spring of Florida! Get ready for clear water, manati actions and maybe some alligators. To finish this amazing week we will go to the DEWE Freediving Festival organized by Depth Wish Freediving. Be part of the ultimate floridian freediving experience, meet local freedivers, check out cool springs, and spend the evening in the nature.
This is the most complete freediving trip to discover Florida like no one else!

Day 1
- Meeting at the Airbnb in West Palm Beach at 6pm* for a team presentation and general briefing of the trip.
- We will have dinner together and sleep at the hotel in West Palm Beach.
Day 2

Freediving in the Caribbean side of Florida for shark encounters and reefs

One of the best shark spot in the world (lemon sharks, bullsharks, hammerhead…)

Drive to Gainsville area to spend the night at Airbnb
Day 3

Freediving in the freshwater springs of Florida, unique location with clear water

Time to check out two locations to see the variety of the area
Day 4

Follow the rainbow river for a drift snorkeling and discover the wildlife including turtles, gators, otters and endemic fish

We will bring paddle as well to carry and hope to find manatees
Day 5

Weeki river and Hospital hole

Best place for depth training and vey famous river for manatees
Day 6

Bufford spring, one of the most epic spring of Florida with his light beam and hidden cave! Get read for amazing pictures

Drive back to Palm Beach

Back to the Caribbean Sea for more shark action and reefs diving

If conditions allows it we will check out a wreck

- Or join the extra 2 days of Everglades adventure

- Two days of visit of the swamp of the Everglades including a night in the nature
- Amazing wildlife including gators, snakes and much more
SPECIFIC DETAILS
- Pre requisite: be 18 years old of age or older and being a certified freediver.
- Group size: 6 to 8 people.
- National airport option are Palm Beach (best option), Miami or Orlando.
- Weights can be provided but you need your full gear.
- Water in springs is around 22 degrees celsius and the caribbean sea around 25 degrees celsius.
- Necessary to have a Visa or Esta (Europe) if you are not an american citizen.
- It will be an international group and the main language will be English. We also speak Spanish and French.
- The schedule may change depending on weather and local legislation.
- There is no guarantee to find the wildlife.
- We recommend to purchase DAN insurance for your trip and for anytime you go freediving.
- Respect for nature is mandatory at all time.
- We recommend to bring eco-friendly sun screen, the use of sun protection (cap, sunglasses, buff, long sleeves shirt) and anti-mosquitos product.
- Sea sickness medication is recommended for the ocean safari days.
- Plugs are 110 volt– Europeans will need an adaptor.
